We are in week thirty-six of the COVID-19 restrictions. As of Tuesday morning, according to the Montana Response Map for COVID-19 there are 49,398 total confirmed cases, with 29,105 now recovered, 19,750 active cases, 583,828 tests completed, 543 deaths, 2,161 total hospitalizations, and 456 active hospitalizations.
Daniels County has sent over 503 samples for COVID-19 testing with 68 positive cases, 6 active cases, 0 current hospitalizations and 3 deaths.
Daniels has several tests pending in individuals who are symptomatic and assumed to be positive.
COVID-19 in Daniels County is community spread and there is a mask mandate in effect. Please take all recommended precautions (wear mask/face covering, social distance, wash hands or use hand sanitizer and avoid large gatherings).
