NOTICE OF STATE OF MONTANA OIL & GAS LEASE SALE The Department of Natural Resources and Conservation will hold an oil and gas lease sale at 9:00 a.m., June 1, 2021 in the DNRC Montana Room, 1539 11th Avenue, Helena, MT. Due to COVID-19, the Department is offering a social distancing option of using Zoom to connect to the June Sale. If you are interested in connecting remotely to the lease sale, you must contact the Department by phone at 406-444-4576, or by email at THossfeld@mt.gov by May 25, 2021 to be added to the list of approved remote bidders. Due to the Governor's mandatory mask directive, DNRC is requiring all individuals attending the oil and gas lease sale wear a mask. The June sale includes 46 tracts with 28 in Daniels County.
