Show, Fireworks, Horse Races Street Sports July 4-5– One of the entertainment features during the two day July celebration will be Ed Straib of Norfolk, Nebraska with his Miracle Horses. The horses get their name from the outstanding stunts they have performed at fairs and exhibitions throughout the country.

Irving Davis of the American Legion states that every effort is being made to have harness racing, a large display of fireworks and correspondence has been sent inquiring for more entertainment.

The celebration at Scobey will begin, according to tradition, on the morning of the 4th when Ormond Paus will see that the cannon roars at the crack of dawn....
