at 8:30 a.m. at City Hall.

REGULAR MEETING

Mayor Morgan Lekvold called the meeting to order with councilmen Seth Axtman, Scott Fishell, Jon Baker and Paul Landeraaen present.

Also, in attendance Sheriff Duane Anderson, Fire Chief Wyatt Wilder, PWD Steve Berreth and Clerk Sonya M.

Southland.

Public Comment – Commissioner Mikel Lund reported the commissioners confirmed yesterday that the County will use their ARPA funds to help pay for the equipment in the amount of $80,000. AMemorandum of Agreement Between Pass-Through Subrecipient and Third-Party Subrecipient agreement has been drawn up and signed by the County.

PWD Berreth updated Council that the quote with Granite Peak has expired, the quoted price may change. Discussion occurred about negotiating with Granite Peak since the end date of quote was Feb 3rd noting ...
