Others Present: Jasmine Johnsrud, Kyla Cromwell, Shalice Maldonado, Walt Reller and Trevor Manternach Chairman Jesse Cole called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll was taken and it was established that a quorum was present. Chairman Cole recognized Patrons & Visitors. On motion by Matt Stentoft and seconded by DuWayne Wilson, the minutes from the December 10, 2021 Regular and December 15, 2021 Special meeting were approved unanimously as presented.
