MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DANIELS COUNTY, MONTANA, HELD APRIL 4, 5 and 18, 2022.

REGULAR MEETING

April 4, 9 o’clock a.m.

The Board met in regular session, Commissioners Lund, Linder and Humbert were present with the clerk, Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Commissioner Humbert made a motion to approve the agenda, Commissioner Linder seconded the motion, all present voted in favor, motion passed.

Commissioner Linder made a motion to approve the March 2022 minutes, Commissioner Humbert seconded the motion, all present voted in favor, motion passed.

The Board approved payroll for March 2022.

The Board reviewed the officer reports for March 2022.

Craig Miller, Road Supervisor, met with the Board to discuss the purchase of blades and a quote for a T& E loader.

The Board approved JV#’s 8427-8428.

Logan Olson, County Attorney, met with the Board to present an Amended Memorandum of Understanding with the Valley County Detention Center. Commissioner Humbert made a motion to adopt amended MOU, Commissioner Linder seconded the motion, all present voted in favor, motion passed.

Teilor Fishell, Public Health, met with the Board to ask about advertising for a part time position for the Connect program.

Mary Nyhus, DES Coordinator, met with the Board to have the Memorandums of Understanding with the City of Scobey and the Town of Flaxville for disaster and emergency services.
