BASKETBALL — The eight straight days of hoops: Believe it or not, but the Scobey High School large gymnasium is scheduled to host three separate events over an 8-day span and it all began yesterday, Wednesday, June 1. The reason for this is the large gym's floor will be sanded down, get a brand new paint job and a new topping of varnish starting Thursday, June 9. Tipping off the 8 straight days of hoops is the gROw Training Skills Clinic on Wednesday and Thursday (June 1-2) with Ro Wiggins, who was the head coach of the Dodson Coyotes boys' basketball team during the 2021-22 season.The third-through-seventh graders learned from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. while the eighththrough- twelfth graders did so from 12 noon to 3 p.m.
