It’s The Leader In Temporarily Altered Form–

Last week in the abbreviated edition of the Leader it was inadvisable, due to the condition of the typesetting machine and other equipment to use any more words than merely to state that there was a fire in the plant caused by lightning. Tedious hours of overhauling and cleaning, in addition to the regular week’s work by the staff have resulted in getting some of the equipment into something like working condition. The paper continues but months are required to get back to normal.

Wall of B & R Structure Demolished by Lightning– For the second time within a week lightning struck in Scobey causing serious damage Friday evening during a flash electric rainstorm.
