Housing Units Nearly Ready For Occupants–

Modern apartments for six families of teachers will be moving in soon to the new, comfortable, 3-room units constructed this summer. The six units will be completed before the end of September. This problem has been solved in part by trustees of School District No. 1 and Supt. Hayes in efforts to maintain an adequate staff of teachers.

Cost of the six new units constructed is estimated at about $12,000. Rentals will be reasonable (estimated $25-$40 monthly) and based on a cost plus investment interest and upkeep basis.
