Zoning Hearing Held; Another November 2

City of Scobey Zoning Commission met October 12 at City Hall for a regular meeting and a public hearing.

Definitions to be changed to the zoning ordinance were gone over with discussion from several in attendance.

It was mostly clarifications and slight modifications to be made. All were approved. Under “fences” portable dog kennels less than or equal to 150 square feet are not considered fences and under “structures” the same size dog kennels are not a structure.
