Scobey Netters Entered Tourney

In 7th Place, Ended Season In 7th

While they didn’t advance to the East C Divisional Tournament in Culbertson starting today (Thursday, November 3) the Scobey girls’ volleyball team didn’t regress in any way at the 14-team District 1C Tournament held last week in Plentywood.

The Spartans (9-7 overall) entered the event held at Plentywood High School as the seventh-seeded team and when they were eliminated by the Culbertson Cowgirls Friday night, they finished in seventh place.

There was nary a hint of degression by this team, which is a big plus phycologically for this program losing just one senior, Kasslyn Baldry, to graduation.

In other words, things look copacetic for this program heading in the 2023 season.
