Daniels County Sheriff Charged With Misconduct; Suspended From Office

The State of Montana filed misdemeanor, official misconduct charges against Daniels County Sheriff, Duane Anderson on February 1st.

District Judge David Cybulski, finding probable cause, based on the State's information and affidavit in support, granted the filing of charges with the Fifteenth Judicial District Court in Daniels County. Representing the State is Daniel Guzynski and Michael Schneider, Montana Assistant Attorneys General and Special Deputy Daniels County Attorneys.
