Co. Superintendent Of Schools Visits Capitol

On Monday, February 27, the Capitol was busy with transmittal week (The act of sending a bill to the second chamber for consideration after it has been passed by the first chamber). Multiple bills were being pushed to try to make it through to the other house by Friday.
