Spartans Second In Divisional–

Of the 190 high schools in Montana, the Scobey Spartans emerged as one of the top eight teams in the state as the result of divisional series at Glasgow last weekend. As entries in the playoffs for the Class B state basketball championship at Laurel, the Spartans meet with Shelby in the second game on March 18.

Hoop Series Here Will Be On Schedule– Babe Holyk, manager for the 4-team independent basketball tournament here this weekend, looked at the warming weather and with enthusiasm toward a good turnout for the event.
