A Reminder About Jury Duty

With the last jury being seated in the Daniels County Courthouse in January 2003, many of us may have become unfamiliar with the process.
To be summoned for jury duty in Montana, there are a four simple criteria: you must be a citizen of the United States, 18 years of age or older, a resident for at least 30 days of the state and county in which summoned, and have not been convicted of malfeasance in office or any felony or other high crime.
