Sandra Bartlett 1941 – 2023
Sandra Lillian Leibrand Bartlett, 82, passed away June 5, 2023. She was born April 4, 1941 to Martin and Florence Leibrand in Swan River, Manitoba, Canada. The family immigrated to Scobey where Sandra grew up. She was the youngest of six children.
