Daniels County Has A Very Real Bridge Problem

 

Bridges in Daniels County, particularly now on County roads, have turned into an emergency situation, especially north of Peerless. Five bridges are currently being replaced between Scobey and Richland on Highway 248, they were also long overdue for replacement.

The bridge of most concern at the moment is the Coal Creek Bridge (closed to traffic since early June) on Coal Creek Road.
