On Tuesday, July 11, while working on a feature story about Montana High School Association cross country courses to be published in the August 10, 2023 issue of the Leader, found was this review of a Montana golf course (many cross country races are run on them these days, 39 by our count). It won’t be revealed what golf course it was because this isn’t about embarassing anybody, but it’s just too darn funny not to publish.
