Hospital Board Meeting Notes

Daniels Memorial Healthcare Center held its regular Board of Directors meeting, August 28, 2023 at 6 p.m. in the Hospital conference room. The unapproved minutes in part include:

Members Present: Kymber Carney, Jack Pittenger, Janitzia Nelson, Cliff Hames, Mike Bjarko, Jedda Barron, Tanner Trower, Paul Kanning, Kody Brinton, Pat McConnell, Kim Wangerin, Mitch Goplen, Jennifer Marsh, Tracey Walker, Wendy Dahl, Koby May Jack Pittenger called the meeting to order.

Executive Session: Jack called the Executive Session at 6:03 p.m. as the individual’s right to privacy exceeds the right to know. At 6:45pm the regular meeting was reopened to the public.

New Facility Update Mitch Goplen, owner’s representative with Billings Clinic and Kody Brinton gave new facility update concerning whether to keep moving forward with design new facility or to wait until application is submitted to USDA by November 1st.
