CROSS COUNTRY — He is on cruise control: Anybody following northeastern Montana high school cross country this season knows Wolf Point’s Peyton Summers is at the top of the class in this corner of the state. Summers, who once upon a time ran in Scobey’s Tower Hill Fun Run, has captured first place at meets in Wolf Point (by a 1:33.49 margin), Poplar
