After Slow Start Spartans Best Wolves By 22

After trailing the Wolf Point Wolves 9-5 through one quarter of prep basketball action Friday the 22nd in the Wolves' Den Gym, the Scobey girls' varsity basketball team perked up and outscored their host 4719 the rest of the way for a 50-28 victory.

Now the Spartans (6-1, 291-159, 41.5-22.7) are in the holiday break and won't return to game action until Friday, January 5, when hosting the Frazer Bearcubs (5-2, 361-291, 51.5-41.5) in a scheduled 4:30 p.m. tipoff.
