MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DANIELS COUNTY, MONTANA, HELD DECEMBER 4, 5, AND 18, 2023.

REGULAR MEETING

December 4, 9 o’clock a.m.

The Board met in regular session, Commissioners Linder, Humbert and Lund were present with the clerk.

The meeting was called to order. Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Commissioner Lund made a motion to approve the agenda, Commissioner Linder seconded the motion, all present voted in favor, motion passed.

Commissioner Humbert made a motion to approve November 2023 minutes. Commissioner Lund seconded the motion, all present voted in favor, motion passed.

The Board approved JV#’s 8586-8589 The Board reviewed the officer reports for November 2023.

The Board approved payroll for November 2023.

Lee Hinkley, Ambulance, met with the Board to discuss delinquent ambulance accounts and to request that the Stryker cot be paid for now and not wait until February like it was originally discussed. The Board agreed to pay for the cot now.

Logan Olson, County Attorney, met with the Board to discuss a possibility of implementing a road use permit.

The Board reviewed a claim from Waller Funeral Home for an indigent burial.

The Board recessed for lunch. The Board reconvened after lunch, Commissioners Linder, Humbert and Lund were present with the clerk.
