Lowe Sworn In As D.C. Sheriff
UNDERSHERIFF CLINT LOWE WAS SWORN IN AS SHERIFF Monday at the Daniels County Commissioner’s meeting by commission chairman Mikel Lund. He was appointed as Sheriff Mona Vines resigned last month and moved to Glasgow, taking a job with the City police. Lowe has been in the department since 2022. See story.

Daniels County Undersheriff Clint Lowe was appointed and sworn in as interim Sheriff/Coroner for Daniels County on Monday, February 5 at the D.C. Commissioner’s meeting.

He has served as Undersheriff since May of 2023 and as a deputy sheriff since June 2022.

He will serve as interim Sheriff through 2024. He has also filed as a candidate for Sheriff/Coroner in the June Primary. The...
