A DIESEL FUEL STORAGE TANK leak at Cromwell’s Petroleum on Railroad Avenue was discovered when Boyce Urdahl’s dog was out playing in a drainage ditch behind their home and came back covered in diesel on May 22. He investigated the next morning and found the drainage ditch to have fuel oil on the slow moving water. He called the City to report it and Public Works Director, Steve Berreth investigated, trying to find the source.
