Did you know the town of Opheim, in northern Valley County, is located in the far northeastern reach of Montana Senate District 14? It stretches across the international border with Canada to a few miles west of Chester, which is 60 miles west of Havre. The southern boundry of Senate District 14 basically runs along Highway 2 starting just west of Glasgow and reaching about 220 miles on the west side of Chester. Senate District 14 is comprised of House Districts 27 and 28. — mike
