Hospital Board Meeting Notes

Daniels Memorial Healthcare Center held its regular Board of Directors meeting, May 29, 2024 at 6 p.m. in the Hospital conference room.

The unapproved minutes in part include: Members Present: Jack Pittenger, Jedda Barron, Cliff Hames, Wyatt Wilder, Mike Bjarko, Janitzia Nelson, Arlene Kegley, Tanner Trower, Kymber Carney, Kody Brinton, Jennifer Marsh, Kim Wangerin, Pat McConnell, Gayle May, Wendy Dahl, Koby May Jack Pittenger called the meeting to order. Kymber Carney made a motion to approve the agenda; seconded and carried.

Cliff Hames made a motion to approve consent items; seconded and carried.

Laboratory Dept. Update - Gayle May, Laboratory Manager, reported the lab has added four tests to the test menu with great success and has moved seven tests to load-as-needed. Lab implemented to Kanban system for inventory needs which is more streamlined. The lab is currently working on creating an inventory database using Office 365.
