Judge Nyquist Allows Motion to Quash–

An action to show cause brought by two local "non-profit" clubs was thrown out of court on a ruling by District Judge Nyquist. The action asked that County Attorney M. J. Traynor, the sheriff’s office, the attorney general be restrained from”interfering” in the business of the "non-profit" clubs involved. It was brought as a test action to determine the status of such firms in Daniels County.
