“Horizon”: An American Saga – Chapter 1” is the first installment of Kevin Costner's return to direct ing westerns. A lot of press has focused on the film's poor performance at the box office, but the movie itself is extraordinary. This fact shouldn't surprise prospective viewers. Ask yourself if you've seen a better western than "Dances With Wolves" since 1990. The answer is likely no.
