Hospital Board Meeting Notes

Daniels Memorial Healthcare Center held its regular Board of Directors meeting, July 22, 2024 at 6 p.m. in the Hospital conference room.

The unapproved minutes in part include: Members Present: Jack Pittenger, Mike Bjarko, Arlene Kegley, Janitzia Nelson, Cliff Hames, Wyatt Wilder, Pat McConnell, Tanner Trower, Jennifer Marsh, Mitch Goplen, Kody Brinton, Wendy Dahl, Koby May, Cooper Olson, Kymber Carney, Kristen Betzner, Chase Thompson, Steve Troendle, Kim Wangerin, Jedda Barron, Michael Murphy Jack Pittenger called the meeting to order.

Michael Murphy attended to find out where the hospital project is at, including the next steps, to be able to share with others, if asked.

GovernWell Education Barb Lorsbach provided a board dialogue presentation regarding building better board leadership. This led to discussion including strategic leadership following recent work on the overall strategic plan for DMHC.
