Tornado Siren Sounds, Not On Thursday!

 

It was 5:39 p.m. Tuesday, September 17, when a tornado warning—not a tornado watch but warning—alerted people in Daniels County via their cellular telephones. Those living in Scobey but not near their cell phone at the time were informed at 5:43 p.m. when the tornado warning siren sounded for around four minutes. After hearing that tornado-test warning wail every Thursday at 12 noon everybody knew what was going on: danger was possibily lurking!
