Regular Season For Scobey Girls Is Winding Down

There’s not much new with the Scobey varsity girls’ volleyball squad since last week.

The Lady Spartans are still undefeated in District 1 conference action, still undefeated in overall play and holding their own in tournament competition, finishing near the top, if not on top, all the time.

Things are going so well for the local spikers they even swept the Plentywood Wildcats last week, which usually did not happen in the recent past.

The two squads met Thursday, October 10, in the Scobey School large gym on Pink Night. The Spartans wore the dark-pink color while the Wildcats donned the light-pink jerseys.
