Fosland Sworn In As District Judge

Benjamin Fosland of Scobey was sworn in as the 15th Judicial District Court Judge on Monday, January 6. He begins a six year term. The ceremony took place in the historic Daniels County Courthouse in Scobey and was presided over by the Honorable Judge David Cybulski, who has served as judge for this district for over 30 years. Judge Cybulski, who had his offices in his hometown of Plentywood, began practicing law in Montana in 1980 and was elected District Judge in 1994. He chose to retire and did not seek re-election last fall.
