REGULAR MEETING Mayor Morgan Lekvold called the meeting to order with councilmembers Niki Larson, Brian French, and Seth Axtman were present; Councilman Crowder joined via Slack. Tammi Fladager, City Attorney Samatha Howard, and Clerk Sonya M. Southland also attended.
