Howard Balances Work Between Plentywood & Scobey

Samantha Howard is the new City of Scobey attorney and was present at the Tuesday, January 28, counsel meeting at city hall.

Howard, is the sister of Scobey resident Cooper Olson, a CPA with the Tade Accounting firm. She is “a leap-year baby born in Butte” on February 29, 1992.
