REGULAR MEETING Mayor Morgan Lekvold called the meeting to order with councilmembers Niki Larson, Brian French, and Seth Axtman present; Councilman Crowder joined via Slack. Commissioner Tammi Fladager (8:43 a.m.), Fire Chief Wyatt Wilder, Sheriff Clint Lowe, City Attorney Samatha Howard, PWD Steve Berreth, and Clerk Sonya M. Southland also attended.
