Has it really only been four weeks since I arrived at the State Capitol to represent the fine citizens of House District 29? To say it has been a whirlwind is an understatement. In the first three weeks, over 300 bills have passed through the House floor, with upwards of 2,000 more expected before the session ends. Thus far, many of these bills are agency or department measures, focused on cleaning up old statutes or bringing them up to code.
