Greetings from Helena: We have reached the halfway point of the session referred to as transmittal. This is when the bills which were first introduced in the house must pass out of committee and/or the House floor and make their way over to the Senate and vice versa. Now is a good time to again share a few updates on legislation that matters to our district as well as some highlights from the last couple weeks.
