Bond Issue Carries, Large District 1 Vote is Cast–

Qualified voters of High School District No. 1 comprised of five elementary school districts went to the school election polls last Saturday and cast a 257-99 vote favoring the issues of bonds up to $160,000 for high school improvement. About 52% of those registered to vote exercised their franchise.

Ernest Halvorson and Richard Handy were unopposed to the board of trustees for School Dist. No. 1.
