Others Present: Sean Cromwell, Connie Wittak, Tammi Fladager, Shalice Maldonado, Jay Taylor and Trevor Manternach Chairman Jesse Cole called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll was taken and it was established that a quorum was present.
