Highway 13 Gets Attention From State Of Montana

Highway 13 leading south out of Scobey, the one many motorists love to gripe about, particularly the old-school narrow section around the midway point to the junction with U.S. Highway 2, is slated to experience major upgrades in the near future.

“There is only a small stretch in there we won’t be doing anything with,” said Shane Mintz, Glendive District 4 Administrator of the Montana Highway Department. “We have plans over the next three years that will touch all but five miles of Highway 13” between the Highway 2 junction and Scobey.
