proved minutes of the regular meeting of City Council, City of Scobey, Montana held

Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. at City Hall.

REGULAR MEETING

Mayor Danne Showers called the meeting to order with councilmen Morgan Lekvold, Scott Fishell (8:32 a.m.), Paul Landeraaen and Jon Baker present. Also, in attendance were PerryWolfe, Lacey Southland, Tim Rask (8:36 a.m.), Fire Chief Wyatt Wilder, City Attorney Ben Fosland, PWD Steve Berreth and Clerk Sonya M. Southland.

Public Works –PWDSteve Berreth reported:

• It was determined the pump is bad on the sweeper – a new one has been ordered

• Peterbilt repaired the GT – one reason for the repairs was from freezing the DEF pump. Discussed how the city can prevent that from happening again.

• Discussed selling the SW shop again by bid and building a pole barn for equipment storage.

Zoning Administrator Report – Acting Zoning Administrator Steve Berreth presented 305 6th Ave and 201 Smith Ave. Council reviewed 305 6th Ave last meeting but missed making the motion to grant it. Councilman Landeraaen moved to grant both permits at 305 6th Ave. and 201 Smith Ave; seconded and passed.
