Taken from the unapproved minutes of the regular meeting of City Council, City of Scobey, Montana held Tuesday, January 4, 2022

at 8:30 a.m. at City Hall.

REGULAR MEETING

Mayor Morgan Lekvold called the meeting to order with councilmen Seth Axtman, Scott Fishell and Paul Landeraaen present. Councilman Baker was absent. Also, in attendance were John Leibrand, Sheriff DuaneAnderson,PWDSteve Berreth and Clerk Sonya M. Southland.

Open Bids – One Bid was submitted from Granite Peak for a Control Panel with additional equipment in the amount of $99,400.00.

Public Comment – John Leibrand stated he did some research on Granite Peak PumpServiceandquestioned the software package and any future expansion. John suggested the city add additional safeguardsandperform testing before it is turned over to the city to monitor. Also advised to add additional protection wording in the contract.
