Beauty Contest Adds $5,000 To Hospital Fund–

The Peerless community backed their candidate, Edna Grove, to victory in the recently ended hospital beauty contest, sponsored by the Scobey Saddle Club.

Awards to the “Miss Daniels County” queens were made Saturday night in the final dance in Scobey. Runnersup in the queen contest were Loraine Eide, Mary Lou Tryan and Helen Kinley.

$5,000 was raised for the Memorial Hospital Fund.
