Third of Land in County Not on Tax Rolls–

Daniels County government, its road and bridge funds, as well as most of the school district work under financial handicaps which few, if any counties in the state, have to deal with.

Harvey Wagar, county commissioner, said the county board has been doing some figuring on the problem.
