Commission Tasked To Appoint Interim Sheriff

With the resignation of Daniels County Sheriff Duane Anderson, Daniels County Commissioners are now in a position to appoint a new Sheriff for the interim. The appointment would be until November 2024 at which time the appointee and/ or other qualified candidates would run to fill the unexpired term ending in 2026.
