Override Gov’s HB 868 Veto

Last week, the Montana Legislature voted to override Gov. Gianforte's veto of House Bill 868. HB 868 appropriates recreational marijuana tax revenue to fund Habitat Montana and the Wildlife Habitat Improvement Program, and critical county road investments to the levels stipulated by Senate Bill 442.
