Kickoff for the Montana High School Association football playoffs begin Friday, October 27) and the question is this: which one are you going to watch live and in person? There are four close games from Daniels County on Saturday if one feels like hitting the road:

• Shields Valley versus Froid-Lake in Medicine Lake in 6-man play at 1 p.m. One-hundred-twenty-four miles down and back from Scobey.

• It is just 208 miles roundtrip to Glasgow to watch the Scotties host the Jefferson County (Boulder) Panthers in Class B action starting at 1 p.m.

• Maybe you want to see Fairview host Shelby in 8-Man action at 1 p.m., which is 125 miles down and 125 back to Scobey?

• Malta is 348 roundtrip miles from Scobey when the Mustangs host the Three Forks Wolves in a 1 p.m. kickoff.

Option two is pay a very minimal streaming fee and watch any of the 32 games this weekend on the National Federation of High School website from the luxury of your own home (log onto nfhsnetwork.com to do so).
