Daniels Memorial COVID-19 Update

Daniels Memorial Healthcare Center remains in outbreak status. The number of COVID-19 cases are decreasing, and the outbreak closure will be reassessed with Daniels County Public Health. In coordination with Daniels County Public Health and Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, visitation in the long-term care/intermediate swing area will be reopened on Monday, February 5th. Visitors are encouraged to wear a surgical mask during visitation. Staff are dedicated to keeping our residents, patients, and employees as safe as possible.
