Assessor Says Honor System is Success–

The assessor for Daniels County, Kenneth J. Larson, who revived the “honor system” of assessment in this county last year, states the method will again be used this year. He pointed out that anyone having property in his or her control within the county on Monday, March 7, is required to declare it for assessment purposes. If any undeclared property is found it will be assessed at ten times its original value.
