Tong Retained as Head Of County Chapter– Eddie Tong, who served for the past year as chapter chairman of the Red Cross in Daniels County, was prevailed upon to continue his duties for one more term, in the belief that the chapter is best served by a two-term chairmen. Otto “Bud” Hill was elected vice chairman and Art Bernard was elected to succeed Marvin Veis as secretary-treasurer.
